The only known copy of this test pressing is a single bonded disc, with side 1 affixed to side 2 of "The World of Abbott & Costello". All mint markings and stamper markings are consistant with the other test pressings produced during this period.

By the time this disc was produced, bumpers had already been produced, and this side has the typical DiscoVision opening. It appears that this transfer is same as used for the final production transfer. The frame count for this side is 1 frame longer than the 4-sided production version.
